4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the product is damaged or lost during return shipping due to improper packaging, refunds may not be processed.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Vasas Herbal Salt for defective or incorrect products.
  • For any other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
